Synthetic Coast is an interior and homeware design collection inspired by ocean pollution, coastal gathering, and the impact of plastic waste on marine environments. Designed for spaces such as aquariums, eco shops, and coastal cafés, the project combines seaside imagery with textures and forms influenced by collected beach waste and polluted coastlines. Through surface pattern and textile design, the collection aims to create visually engaging interiors while encouraging awareness of sustainability and the harmful effects plastics have on oceans, wildlife, and coastal landscapes.
